TripoSIM not working?

Keep the installed profile. Most first-arrival failures come from line selection, roaming, APN or registration, and those checks are safer than deleting the eSIM.

1Confirm the correct line
2Check roaming and APN
3Restart registration
4Collect support evidence

Run these checks in order

  1. Confirm the TripoSIM line is enabled.
  2. Select it as the cellular-data line and disable data switching.
  3. Apply the package’s roaming instruction.
  4. Compare the APN with the order email, including spelling and blank fields.
  5. Toggle airplane mode for 30 seconds and restart the phone.
  6. Leave network selection automatic first; try a permitted partner manually only when instructed.
  7. Temporarily disable a VPN, private DNS or filtering app to isolate the problem.
  8. Test outside Wi‑Fi with a basic webpage.

What to send support

  • Order number and exact plan name.
  • Country, city and approximate location.
  • Phone model and operating-system version.
  • Screenshots of line status, roaming, APN and network name.
  • Time the issue began and every step already tried.
  • Evidence of any error message or failed speed test.
Preserve refund evidence: avoid consuming unnecessary data or deleting the profile. The published refund policy treats installed and activated products differently.

Troubleshooting FAQ

Should I delete and reinstall the eSIM?

No, not unless support confirms the profile can be reissued.

Why do I have signal but no internet?

The wrong data line, roaming instruction, APN or VPN is a more likely starting point than radio coverage.

Why is unlimited data slow?

A daily high-speed or fair-use threshold may have been reached.
