TripoSIM refund policy

The clearest full-refund case is a request within 30 days when the QR code has not been scanned or installed. Once installation or data use begins, eligibility narrows.

Installed but technically broken

The policy says a verified significant technical issue may lead to a partial refund or service credit at the company’s discretion. This is why screenshots and a complete troubleshooting record matter.

How to make the request

  1. Contact the address shown on the current official refund page.
  2. Include the order number in its original format.
  3. State whether the QR code was scanned, installed or used.
  4. Describe the issue and attach evidence.
  5. Keep the profile installed until support finishes diagnosis.

Timing

The policy says support reviews requests and responds within approximately 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the financial institution.
