Three forms of “unlimited”
Questions before payment
- How many GB run at full speed each day?
- What is the exact speed after the limit?
- When and in which time zone does the allowance reset?
- Is hotspot allowed and does it have a separate cap?
- Are the UK, Switzerland and every Balkan stop included?
When unlimited is worth it
It suits frequent video, cloud work, social uploads or several connected devices. A fixed 5–10 GB plan is usually cheaper for maps, messaging and bookings. Compare usable high-speed data over the entire trip rather than multiplying an “unlimited” headline.

Unlimited Europe eSIM FAQ
Is unlimited eSIM data really unlimited?
Service may continue after a high-speed threshold while speed is reduced. Read the fair-use terms.
Can I use hotspot?
Only when the exact plan permits it; a separate tethering allowance may apply.
Is unlimited better than 20 GB?
Not automatically. Compare total full-speed data, throttling and price for the trip length.
